The weather was cold, although no rain was forecast (it still made an appearance) and the sat nav proved it was out of date by driving us through a new one-way estate in the middle of Peterborough. A great introduction to towing!
The pitch was fully serviced (water and drains, as well as the electric), so the weekend was a doddle and we challenged ourselves by attempting to erect the awning WITHOUT THE INSTRUCTIONS! It was only once fully up that we found a diagram label sewn on the inside...
We think we did ok, but as soon as it was done it was time to come home (we'd only booked Saturday night away). A quick game of crazy golf to round it off, and we were on our way again.
Can't wait for the next trip!
